At Beach Dental, our goal is to make your first dental visit with us a pleasant experience. WHAT TO

E X P E C T

At your first dental visit, we will collect your health history information as well as any dental records you may have. New patients will have a thorough examination by one of our dentists and take new films to ensure we have your most up-to-date health records. Our digital X-ray system allows you to see your X-rays immediately, right in your chair, so we can review them together. We will be able to promptly diagnose any dental issues you may have and determine the treatment plan that is right for you.

Being Prepared

To help us serve you better, please provide the following information at the time of your consultation:

• Insurance information for expedited reimbursement
• List of all the current medications you are taking, both prescription and over-the-counter
• Notify our office of any medical conditions you have such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints etc.
• Records from previous dentists if you have them

All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
